摘要
目标管理以其自身蕴含的符合现代价值理念的管理特征为各高校管理者所青睐,由于对目标管理的认识存在误区和不能很好地将目标管理运用于高校这个特殊的组织中,高校目标管理的实践中暴露出许多问题。通过对高校目标管理存在问题的探悉,总结出高校目标管理的五大共有要素,并以此为基础,构建出高校目标管理的路径创新。
Objective management is favored by administrators of universities with its own characteristic which accords with the modern value idea. Many problems appeared because people understand it mistakenly and can not apply it in higher education institution. By learning the problems of it in the management of higher education institution, this paper summarizes five key elements in common. Based on this, structure out the innovative ways to objective management in universities.
