面对山西人才流失的现状及其影响,山西应抓住建设新型能源和重化工基地的良好时机,优化人才环境,适当引进人才,加大人才培养力度,采取各种措施留住人才,努力遏制人才流失的势头。
Facing the present situation of Shanxi＇s brain drain and its influence, Shanxi should grasp the good opportunity of constructing the new-type energy and heavy chemical base, optimize the talent environment, bring in the talents properly, strengthen then cultivation of the talents, take various measures to keep the talents and stop the brain drain.
