摘要
碳化硅晶须具有高强度、高弹性模量等优点,是一种应用广泛的补强材料。本文结合国内外研究现状着重介绍了碳化硅晶须的性质、增韧机理以及在增强陶瓷基复合材料中的研究进展,探讨了新的生产工艺和研究方向,并对碳化硅晶须的应用前景做了展望。
SiC whiskers, combining high strength and high elastic modulus,is one of reinforced materials that is used widely. In this paper,it introduces the character of SiC whiskers, reintoughening mechanism and the recent study in reinforcing ceramic-matrix composites according to the development in and out out of the home. New technique of production and new researching approaches of the SiC whisker reinforcement are also discussed, and the foreground of the use of SiC whisker is expatiated here.
