摘要
介绍了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)和IRMCK201的电梯门机伺服系统解决方案。该方案采用IRMCK201实现永磁同步电机电流环和速度环,采用DSP实现速度曲线的生成、与上位机的通信以及其他辅助处理功能。实验证明,该方案具有性能优越、设计简单、开发周期短等优点,具有较好的推广意义。
A solution for elevator door motor＇s servo system based on DSP and IRMCK201 is presented in this paper. IRMCK201 is used as one-chip solution for complete closed loop current and velocity control, and position control is implemented by DSP, which also communicates with control platform and manages other peripheral equipments. This system is worth extending because of its high performance, simple design and short development periods.
