摘要
目的分析新疆墨玉县流行性腮腺炎流行的各种影响因素.方法通过病例定义,对流行期间集中发病的流行性腮腺炎病人通过问卷、查病历进行临床和流行病学调查.结果墨玉县流行性腮腺炎发病年龄以6～11岁组小学生为多,占74.96%,男女之比1：0.8.有典型临床症状的占57.34%,就医治疗者占25.35%,无1例有疫苗接种史.结论墨玉县人群对流行性腮腺炎普遍易感,疫情报告延迟,诊治不当等是造成流行的主要原因.
Objective To find out the potential risk factors affecting the epidemic mumps in Moyu County, Xinjiang. Method To carry out the field investigation among patients with mumps during prevalence by personal questionnaires, clinical and epidemiological investigation. Results The patients mainly distributed in pupils aged from 6 to 10 accounted for 74.96% with the gender ratio of 1 ： 0.8. Patients with typical clinical symptoms accounted for approximately 57.34% and patients consulted doctors were about 25.35%. No patients had vaccination history. Conclusions People in Moyu County are generally sensitive to mumps. The reason for mumps prevalence is delayed report on cases with mumps, improper diagnosis and treatment, etc.
