形变热处理细化7475Al合金的晶粒 被引量:5

HIGH STRENGTH 7475 AI ALLOYS GRAIN REFINEMENT BY THERMOMECHANICAL TREATMENT

摘要 本文提出了一种细化7475Al 合金晶粒的简化工艺。该工艺由固溶处理、轧制及再结晶组成。该工艺适合于工业生产。经过细化后的7475Al 合金平均晶粒尺寸可以达到10μm,具有优良的超塑性能。 A thermomechanical treatment for grain refinement in 7475 aluminium al-loy is reported.The process includes solution treatment,deformation and recrystallizationsteps.This treatment procedure is more suitable for application in a modern plant.Thegrain size produced by this processing schedule is approximately 10μm in average.After thegrain refinement,the 7475 aluminum alloy can exhibit an excellent superplasticity.
