改性γ-Al_2O_3的吸附性能及机理研究

摘要 用三乙醇胺(TEA)制备了改性-γAl2O3,通过红外光谱、有机碳含量测定、比表面积测定,对改性-γAl2O3的表面性质进行了表征;借用收缩未反应核模型动力学方程对改性-γAl2O3吸附对苯二酚、苯酚的吸附量-时间曲线在达到平衡之前进行了分析,结合pH-吸附量曲线、等温吸附曲线,探讨了-γAl2O3吸附水溶液中对苯二酚、苯酚的适宜条件、性能及机理。结果表明:改性-γAl2O3有机碳含量与吸附量呈正相关,吸附过程可能是灰层扩散控制。 The surface characteristics of γ-Al2O3 modified by triethanolamine are determined by IR spectrascopy, the measurement of organic carbon content and specific surface area. The adsorption of p-dihydroxybenzene and phenol on γ-Al2O3 is studied and the adsorption amount-time curve is simulated with the shrinkage unreacted core model. Based on the adsorption amount-time curve and the isothermal adsorption curve, the optimum adsorption conditions, properties and mechanism are explored. The results show that the content of organic carbon in γ-Al2O3 is relative to the adsorption amount, and the adsorption process may be controlled by the ash layer diffusion step.
