摘要
利用蚀坑技术和扫描电镜动态观察方法研究了大块 Fe-3%Si 单晶体裂纹尖端的形变行为。证实了裂纹尖端与塑性区之间存在无位错区(DFZ),且无位错区尺寸随变形量的增加而增加。
Deformation behavior near the crack-tip of bulk Fe—3%Si single crystalhas been observed by in-situ deformation and etch-pit method.It has been found thatthere is indeed a dislocation-free zone between the crack-tip and plastic zone.The size ofDFZ and the distribution of dislocations strongly depend on the the amplitude of appliedstress and specimen geometry(crystal orientation).
