摘要
[目的]掌握山东大学布鲁氏菌病（布病）的流行动态,科学评价布病防治效果.[方法]对山东大学1995～2004年布病防治资料进行分析.[结果]检测重点人群血清6 126份,阳性18例,阳性率为0.29%,确诊13例病人、5例隐性感染者,其中章丘市、平阴县和天桥区分别发生5例、3例和5例患者,天桥区和章丘市分别有隐性感染者2例和3例.检疫羊19 402只,阳性51只,阳性率为0.26%;检疫牛2 343头,均为阴性.[结论]布病疫情有增多趋势.
[Objective]To understand the epidemic situation of brucelliosis in Jinan and to evaluate the prevention effect on it. [Methods]To analyze the data of brucelliosis control （1995-2004） in Jinan. [Results]6 126 persons were examined, 18 were positive and the positive rate was 0.29%. 13 patients and 5 recessive infection were confirmed,among which 5,3 and 5 patients were found in Zhangqiu,Pingyin and Tianqiao respectively and 2,3 recessive infections distributed in Tianqiao and Zhangqiu respectively. 19 402 sheep were examined,among which 51 were positive and the positive rate was 0.26%. 2 343 cattles were examined and all were negative. [Conclusion]The epidemic situation of brucellion had the increase trend.
