摘要
[目的]了解临沂市农村中小学教师的生存质量状况及其影响因素,为制定提高农村中小学教师生存质量的措施提供依据。[方法]2005年6月,采用生存质量测定量表简表、艾森克个性问卷、生活事件量表、领悟社会支持量表和简易应对方式问卷,对临沂市189名农村中小学教师进行测试。[结果]测试对象的生理、心理、社会关系、环境4个领域得分(分)分别为(15.63±1.92)(、14.66±2.21)、(14.52±2.84)、(13.08±2.27),人格的内外向和神经质维度、负性生活事件、社会支持、积极应对和消极应对因子得分(分)分别为(7.29±2.63)、(6.93±2.75)、(6.51±2.92)、(47.75±15.56)、(1.95±0.52)(、1.05±0.50),除消极应对因子得分外其他因子得分与生存质量各领域得分均有相关关系。人格的内外向和神经质维度、社会支持、生活事件、消极应对因子得分分别进入生存质量4个领域的多元逐步回归方程。[结论]农村中小学教师的生存质量状况较好,人格的内外向和神经质维度、社会支持、生活事件、消极应对因子在一定程度上影响生存质量。
[Objective]To investigate the status of the quality of life(QOL) and its related factors of teachers from rural school,depended it to set up a measure to improve the status of the quality of life in rural school teachers. [Methods]189 teachers from rural school were assessed with WHO Quality of Life-BREF, Eysenek Personality Questionnaire (EPQ), Life Event Scale,Perceived Social Support Scale,and Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire. [Results]The score of QOL of teachers from rural school in physical,psychical、 social relation and environment respective is (15.63±1.92) 、 (14.66 ±_ 2. 21 ), (14. 52 ± 2.84), (13.08 ± 2.27 ). The score of introversion- extroversion, neurotieism, life event, social support, positive and negative coping style respective is (7.29-t-_2.63), (6.93±-- 2.75), (6.51 ±_ 2.92), 447.75 ± 15.56), (1.95~ 0. 52), (1.05 ±0. 50). The result from multiple regression showed that introversionextroversion, neuroticism, social support,life event and negative coping style were main factors influencing QOL. There were significantly correlation. Then the data and related factors of introversionextroversion, neuroticism,social support, life event and negative coping style lope with QOL four dominant fields were analyzed with multiply stepwise regression. [Conclusion]The status of the QOL of teachers from rural school was pretty good;Their QOL could be improved by these factors,Such as keeping stable emotion,developing extroversion, seeking Social support, relieving the influence of bad life event, reducing negative coping behavior.
