摘要
节能降耗是冶金工作的重点,烧结工序能耗在吨钢可比能耗中约占10%~12%,是烧结生产成本重要组成部分,降低工序能耗对降低烧结矿成本,具有十分重要意义。本文着重阐述南钢130m2烧结机工艺设计中所采取的节能降耗措施。并对投产以来能耗作了简要分析,提出今后发展的方向。
The energy saving and energy consumption reducing is the emphasis of the metallurgical industry. The percentage of consumption is 10% ~ 12% of total energy consumption per ton steel during the period of sintering circuit, so it is a important part of the sintering production cost. It is essential to deereasing energy comsumption for reducing sintering cost. The measures of energy saving in 130 square meter sinter machines are expounded from the angle of technologic design at Nangang. The analysis of energy consumption is performed concisely since going into production, and developing direction of energy saving is put forward in the future.
