近年来北方城市供暖已经成为市场经济中的一种商品.为了能够满足用户的各种要求,对住宅区供暖进行测量与控制是供暖业的发展方向.介绍了利用现代化的管理手段来进行楼房供暖的测量和收费管理的方法.
The northern city heating has become a commercial product in the market economy in recent years. To meet each request of the customers, measuring and controlling the city heating in residential areas has become the tendency from now on. This text introduces how to improve the measurement of heating and charging management by means of modem management.
