摘要
高校学生工作是学校整体教育的重要组成部分,是贯彻党的教育方针,培养“德、智、体等全面发展的社会主义事业的建设者和接班人”的关键环节。而高校学生干部是学生工作的重要力量,是联系学校党政部门和学生的纽带,在高校学生管理工作中起着举足轻重的作用,加强高校学生干部队伍建设,是高校工作的一项重点工程和长远任务。
In colleges and universities, the work on students is an important part of the entire education, is a key section in the process of implementing educational policy, fostering builders and successors who are excellent in the whole of moral, intellectual, physical and aesthetical developments. The student cadres who are the link among the student and the Party and the government department play an important role in the work on students.
