摘要
阐述了知识产权的私有财产权特征,并指出知识产权给现代财产权体系带来巨大挑战和冲击,指出知识产权已经逐渐成为财产权体系中占主导地位的财产权类型。
This article analysises the private property right character of intellectual property and points out the challenges that the intellectual property brings to the property system. The intellectual property has been becoming the leading type of property in property system.
