摘要
介绍了东北轻合金有限责任公司2004年应用目标管理控制电费的全过程,即制定总体目标(吨产品电费为1520元/t,年节约电费360万元),并层层分解,根据本公司《能源管理考核办法》严格考核,年吨产品电费完成1429元,年节约电费547万元。
introduced the whole process of applying target management on the control of electricity costs at a company in 2004. That is to say, the general targets that the yearly electricity cost of per ton-product is 1 520 Yuan, the yearly savings electricity costs is 3.6 million Yuan have been made out, and have subdivided level by level, and have strictly been checked according to ＂Checking Rule of the Energy Management＂ implemented at the company. At last, the annual electricity costs of per ton- product have been reached 1 429 Yuan, the electricity costs have been saved 5.47 million Yuan per year.
