不同成分Ni─Fe─P镀层的结构和性能 被引量:8

STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF ELECTRODEPOSITED Ni Fe P ALLOYS WITH VARIOUS COMPOSITIONS

摘要 通过现代测试技术研究了不同成分电沉积NiFeP合金的结构、热稳定性、磁性和耐磨性。研究结果表明,NiFeP镀层中含磷量增大,镀层从晶态→晶+非晶态→非晶态,结构缺陷随之增多,表面圆顶状物尺寸变小;并且推迟了晶化稳定相的析出和再结晶,含铁量增大,镀层硬度,耐磨性和晶化温度均提高,NiFeP镀层的热稳定性和耐磨性优于NiP镀层。 The structure and properties of the electrodeposited Ni Fe P alloys with various compositions were studied by modern testing method. The results showed that the deposit would be from crystalline→crystalline+amorphous→amorphous, the structure defect increased and the granular convexities on the deposit surface decreased with the increase of P content, which deferred the emergence and recrystallization of stable phases. The microhardness, wear resistance and thermostability increased with Fe content.The thermostability and wear resistance of the amorphous Ni Fe P were superior to the amorphous Ni P alloy.The composition of Ni Fe P coating had an obvious influence on its magnetic properties.
