通过“热搅拌聚合”方法从石油沥青和煤沥青中制备沥青中间相,再经磨粉、活化调整、模压和烧结工艺处理,制得具有自烧结功能的新型无粘结剂炭素材料,其抗弯强度高达50MPa。中间相粉末的R值对这种材料的最终性能有很大影响,适宜的R值在0.2~0.
By means of “heating stirring polymerization', pitch mesophase was prepared from petroleum pitch and coal tar pitch. Through the following processing, such as grinding, activating adjustment, moulding and sintering, a new type of binderless carbon material with self sintering function was made from the pitch mesophase. The flexural strength of the material is higher than 50 MPa. The R value of the mesophase powder has significant influence on the final properties of the material, and the suitable R value is 0.2~0.3.
