摘要
研究了用高岭土制备A型沸石及有关工艺过程,得出了最佳工艺条件,并对产品进行了X射线衍射及电镜扫描的测定。制备出对钙离子吸附能力高的A型沸石,研究了其对溶液中Ca2+离子的吸附机理,讨论了温度和溶液浓度变化对A型沸石吸附Ca2+离子动力学的影响。实验结果表明:A型沸石对Ca2+的吸附可分为两个阶段:在反应的初期(t≤10min),反应进行非常之快,影响因素复杂,动力学方程呈曲线关系;在反应的后期(t>10min),满足方程dC/dt=-k·C。经过计算,得出该吸附反应的活化能E=17.07kJ/mol,吸附频率因子A=202.4s-1。
The process of using kaolinite from Leiyang county, Hunan Province to prepare zeolite A was reported. The best technical condition for preparing zeolite A has been obtained. The X ray diffraction analysis and scanning electron microscope observation of the product were carried out. The kinetics of zeolite A adsorbing Ca 2+ in aqueous solution was described,and the influences of temperature and the original concentration of Ca 2+ were emphatically studied. The results showed that there are two stages in this adsorption reaction. In the first stage ( t ≤10min), the reaction is very quick and the kinetics relation is complex; in the second stage ( t >10 min), the reaction becomes slow, which accords with the equation of ln C =- kt+b . The relationship between the adsorption velocity constant and the temperature in the later stage accords with the Arrhenius equation; the activation energy E =17.07 kJ/mol, and the adsorption frequency factor A =202.4 s -1 .
