摘要
用Q900自动图象分析系统测定了用(NH4)2WS4热分解制备的WS2颗粒的分形结构,得到WS2周边分维数Df在1.015~1.032范围,表面分维数Ds在2.015~2.032范围,其分维数随着粒度减小而增大。给出了Df、Ds与颗粒等效直径d的关系,Df。
The fractal dimension of WS 2 particles produced from (NH 4) 2WS 4 by means of thermal decomposition was measured with the Q900 automatic image analysis system. Experimental data showed that fractal dimension D f of the outline ranged from 1.015~1.032, fractal dimension D s of the surface ranged from 2.015~2.032, and fractal dimension increased with the decrease of particle size. The relation between D f, D s and WS 2 particle equivalent diameter d was given. D f, D s signified the characteristic of the morphology and size of WS 2 particles.
