分析了当前医院人力资源管理的现状及背景,并结合桐城市人民医院的一些创新性探索,就如何做好医院人力资源管理工作进行探讨。
the article analyzed the backgrounds and the current situation of hospital human resource management. Integrated with the experience of Tongcheng hospital, the author gave some suggestion on how to improve the hospital human resource management.
