摘要
医院管理年活动启动近一年来,气氛热烈、成效明显,作为医院如何通过管理年活动进一步促进医院建设和发展,迫切需要在动真情、办实事、求实效上下功夫。动真情要以充分了解群众的医疗服务需求为目标;办实事要以为群众提供温馨、便捷、优质的医疗服务为责任;求实效要以群众的满意和认可程度为标准。
We had got great achievements in the year of hospital quality management. To get further effort through the project of hospital quality management, we needed doing actual deeds and getting actual effect. Firstly, we should understand the patients' medical service demands. Secondly, we should provide warm, convenience and high quality medical service. Thirdly, we should improve the patients' satisfaction and acceptance.
