摘要
抗菌药物合理使用是医疗质量管理的重要内容之一。欧美发达国家抗菌药物合理使用比例较高,我国做好抗菌药物合理使用管理的对策是:将合理使用抗菌药物列为评价医疗质量的重要指标之一;开展抗菌药物合理使用知识的全员教育;加强抗菌药物合理使用的临床指导与监督;充分发挥医院感染管理专职人员和临床药师的作用。
Reasonable utilization of antibiotic drugs was one of the important sections of medical quality management. The proportion of antibiotic drugs reasonable utilization was higher in European countries and America than that of other countries. The measures that could improve the degree of antibiotic drugs reasonable utilization should be executed as follows： （1） to set the antibiotic drugs reasonable utilization as one of the important indexes to evaluate medical quality management （2） to train all the staffs how to use the antibiotic drugs reasonably. （3） to guidance and inspection the antibiotic drugs reasonable utilization （4） to strengthen the functions and responsibilities of clinical pharmacist and fuU-time hospital infection member.
