摘要
目的:探讨提高洁净骨髓移植病区医院感染管理工作水平的方法。方法:从洁净骨髓移植病区的建设标准入手,运用空气微生物和物表微生物的理论,论述了洁净骨髓移植病区医院感染管理的艰巨性、复杂性、专业性和法规性。结果与结论:严格规范洁净骨髓移植病区的建设标准是做好医院感染管理工作的坚实基础;全面开展洁净骨髓移植病区的日常监控是做好医院感染管理工作的有效手段;努力创新洁净骨髓移植病区现代管理模式是做好医院感染管理工作的精髓。
Objective： discussion on how to improve the hospital infection management of bone marrow transplantation unit. Methods; to start with the construction standard of clean bone marrow transplantation unit, use the airborne microbial and apparent viscosity theories to discuss the arduousness, complexity, specialty and regulation, Result and conclusions： rigidly criterion the construction standard of clean bone marrow transplantation unit was the basic work to improve the hospital infection management. Daily monitoring in clean bone marrow transplantation unit was the effectively way to improve the hospital infection management. Innovation was the quintessence to improve the hospital infection management.
