填料对厌氧移动床生物膜反应器运行效果的影响 被引量:1

The effects of supports on performance of anaerobic moving bed biofilm reactors

摘要 通过对装有不同填料的2个厌氧移动床生物膜反应器(R1和R2)的有机负荷、COD去除率、沼气产量及其组成、出水挥发性有机酸(VFA)和出水pH值的对比,得出在填料充填率相同、进水COD和进水pH相似的情况下,填料比表面积是影响厌氧移动床生物膜反应器运行效果的主要因素。R1中填料的比表面积为528 m2/m3,R2中填料比表面积为211 m2/m3。在整个运行阶段,填料比表面较大的R1反应器的运行结果较好。试验结束时,R1与R2的有机负荷比为1.61,而R1与R2填料上的污泥量之比为4.42。 Organic loading rate, COD removal rate, biogas production and its composition,effluent volatile fatty acid(VFA) and effluent pH value of two anaerobic moving bed biofilm reactors( R1 and R2) filled with different types of supports were compared in this study. It is concluded that the specific surface area of supports is the key factor to affect the performances of the reactors in the conditions that the filled ratios of supports are the same and influent COD and influent pH are similar in both reactors. The specific surface area of supports in R1 is 528 m^2/m^3 , and that of supports in R2 is 211 m^2/m^3. In the whole operation period, R1 with bigger specific surface area of supports had better performance. At the end of the experiments, the organic loading rate ratios of R1 to that of R2 is 1.61 ,and the ratio of biomass attached on supports of RI to that of R2 is 4.42.
