新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病患儿体液免疫功能变化的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的检测新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血清IgG、IgA、IgM的变化,以了解HIE患儿体液免疫功能的变化。方法67例HIE患儿根据出生后的日龄和病情轻重分为1-3天组32例,其中轻度HIE14例,中重度HIE18例;4~6天组35例,其中轻度HIE16例,中重度HIE19例。对照组30例新生儿为同期我院产科出生的正常新生儿。采用散射免疫扩散法对HIE患儿和对照组进行体液免疫指标IgG、IgA、IgM的检测,相关结果进行统计学分析。结果在1—3天组,IgG、IgA、IgM在对照组、轻度HIE组和中重度HIE组3组间比较无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。在4—6天组,IgG、IgA、IgM在对照组、轻度HIE组和中重度HIE组3组间比较亦无显著性差异(P〉0.05)。结论HIE患儿体液免疫功能无明显变化。 Objieetive To detect the changes of serum IgG, IgA and IgM in neonates with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy (HIE). Methods Sixty- seven neonates with HIE and thirty normal full - term infants were recruited in the study. According to the characteristics of immunological function and the degree of HIE, the neonates were divided into 1 - 3 day group (n =32) and 4- 6 day group (n = 35), and each of them was further divided into a mild group and a moderate- severe group. The immunoglobulin (Ig) in serum was examined by radial immunodiffusion assay with Behring Nephelometer 100 Analyzer. Results In the 1 - 3 day group, the levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in HIE group were not obviously diffexent from that in the control group ( P 〉 0.05). In the 4 - 6 day group, these levels did not differ from the control either ( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion The levels of IgG, IgA and IgM in serum are not obviously affected by HIE in neonates.
