二维超声和彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌的应用价值 被引量:2

The diagnostic value of 2D US and CDFI in breast cancer

摘要 目的探讨二维超声及彩色多普勒血流显像(CDFI)检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法34例女性乳腺肿块患者术前分别进行二维超声、CDFI检查,观察肿块的影像学表现以及肿块内血流信号情况。结果手术病理证实乳腺恶性肿瘤18例,良性肿瘤16例。二维超声诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为88.9%、81.25%8、5.3%,CDFI诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性及准确性分别为66.7%、81.2%、73.5%。二者联合诊断乳腺癌的敏感性、特异性及准确率分别为88.9%、93.8%、91.2%。结论二维超声结合CDFI检查可显著提高其乳腺癌诊断的特异性,具有较高的临床应用价值。 Objictive To assess the value of 2D ultrasound (2D US) and color Doppler flow imaging (CDFI) sonographic features in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods In 34 female patients with breast tumors scheduled for surgical treatment, 2D US and CDFI were performed before operation to study the tumor's characteristics (shape, contour, echogenicity, calcification, posterior acoustic behavior), as well as the status of tumor vessels. Results The 34 tumors were demonstraded to be 18 carcinomas and 16 benign lesions pathologically. The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 88.9%, 81.25% and 85.3% respectively, for 2 D US in diagnosis of breast careinoraas; were 66.7% ,81.2% and 73.5% repectively, for CDFI; and were 88.9%, 93.8% and 91.2% respectively, for combined 2D US and CDFI. Conclusion Although CDFI alone has low sensitivity, the cobination of 2 D US and CDFI is of high value for the diagnosis of breast cancer.
