摘要
对用花粉管通道法导入商陆DNA的3个变异程度大的水稻子代及其受体进行水培,设两个K水平(K1:1mg/L,K2:40mg/L)。结果表明,其中D3-22无论是鲜重、相对干重、根干重还是植株吸钾量均比受体高,而且钾利用率比受体的钾利用率高,差异达到了显著水平,可以初步断定这个子代的耐低钾能力较受体有了不同程度的提高。
In order to study the potassium nutrition characters of rice offspring introduced into Fhytolaoca esculenta DNA by pollen tube pathway technique, 3 plants with obvious variations of them as well as their recipient were cultured in nutrient solution. Two levels of potassium supply ( Kl:lmg/L, K2:40mg/L ) were set up. Among of them, D3-22's fresh weight , relative dry weight of shoots ,dry root weigh and K absorp- tion of plant were higher than those of its recipient and the difference of potassium utilization efficiency between them was remarkably. Those might mean that D3-22's low potassium tolerance was improved.
