摘要
分析了二次调节加载系统的特性。针对系统的特点,提出一种动态矩阵预测控制(DMC)和PID相结合的方法。通过内环来克服随机干扰,外环采用预测控制来获得优良的跟踪性能和鲁棒性,实现目标和控制的分层,对有关设计参数的选择进行了讨论。仿真试验结果表明:动态矩阵预测控制和PDI相结合的方法有效地克服了系统时变、干扰等未知影响,有较高的控制精度和较强的鲁棒性,可获得满意的控制效果。
Specific characteristics of the secondary regulated loading system were analyzed firstly. Based on the analyses, a dynamic matrix predictive control (DMC) with PID was presented. The random disturbances were surpassed in inner-loop. The good tracking performance and robustness are obtained by predictive control in the external-loop. The layer of goal and control was divided. Parameters of the device were discussed. The simulation and testing results show that the control method can overcome time variation and unknown disturbance, and has high precision and robustness.
