详细介绍了点检定修制在下花园发电厂的实施过程,总结了点检定修制实施的经验,探讨了3种不同的检修管理模式,并进一步指出了目前存在的问题,提出了下一步工作设想。
The implementation of total productive maintenance in Xiahuayuan Power Plant is introduced in detail and experiences are summed up. Study was made on three different maintenance management modes and further problems are pointed out. Future plan is proposed as well.
