摘要
介绍英国供电企业采用的一套新的输配电设备状态检修管理体系,其主导思想是依据局部放电监测技术获得电气设备运行状态数据,结合电气设备的设计参数、历史数据及负荷状态,并辅以多种监测策略,如点检、连续1周定位监测等,综合评估其故障发展趋势,更加系统而准确地对设备进行有效管理,减少故障停电次数和停电时间,提高供电可靠性,提高电力企业的经济和社会效益。
A new strategy of condition-based assessments for transmission and distribution equipment developed by U. K. electricity supply industry was introduced. The methodology was designed with the combination of partial discharge (PD) monitoring technology and analyses of historical failure data and design parameters, as well as various of inspection strategies, such as spot-testing, short-term monitoring and on-line continuous PD monitoring. Transmission and distribution equipment can be systematically and exactly managed by the new method with the resultant of reduction of failure times and duration.
