摘要
结合淄博供电公司新一代调度自动化系统建设的具体案例,针对淄博电网管理模式、调度自动化系统安全防护和安全管理需求,论述了对系统实施的安全措施。通过采用分组、分级、分区的管理方式,在系统中实施了涵盖内部与外部、软件与硬件、技术与管理等诸多方面的安全保护措施,形成一个完整的安全保护解决方案。该方案较好地解决了调度自动化系统在安全管理方面存在的安全性与易用性之间的矛盾,并可根据实际需求进行不同复杂度的安全配置。同时,灵活的安全对象配置机制可使用户很容易地扩展新的安全对象。
Based on the specific case of new-generation Dispatching Automation System of Zibo Power Supply Company, in order to meet the requirements of management patterns, security protection and management, the security measures in operation was discussed in this paper. By means of grouping, hierarchical and zonal management patterns, a completed security protection solution has been built, covering the internal and external, software and hardware, as well as technical and management aspects, etc. This solution effectively solved the contradiction between security and availability in the security management of Dispatching Automation Syslem, in addition, the security settings with different complexity can be configured depending on customer's requirements. Meanwhile, the flexible configuration mechanism makes it very easy to expand new security objects.
