摘要
介绍石门电厂一期工程2×300MW机组锅炉水平低温再热器爆漏情况,对引起低温再热器爆漏的飞灰磨损原因进行了全面分析,其主要原因为该锅炉的固有设计布置特性,实际燃用煤质严重偏离设计值,低温过热器、低温再热器烟气流量分配不当,低温再热器存在局部烟气走廊,粗粉分离器设备存在缺陷,锅炉漏风。在采取限制低温再热器烟气挡板开度、加装阻流板、降低煤粉细度等措施后,低温再热器的磨损得到减缓,避免了锅炉发生频繁的爆漏事故。
The burst problem on horizontal low temperature reheater in 2x300 MW Shimen Power Plant Phase 1 and the major reasons were introduced in this paper. It mainly lies in the fly-ash abrasion on certain reheater, resulting from the boiler's design characteristic, the quality deviation of coal from the design value, the improper flow distribution between the low -temperature superheater and reheater, the local gas corridor existing on the low temperature reheater, the design defect in classifier and the boiler's air leakage. By means of controlling the opening of gas damper of low temperature reheater, mounting the boiler retarder and fining coal powder, the abrasion on low temperature reheater has been relieved so as to prevent the occurrence of frequent burst accidents.
