Cultivation of single crystal for X-ray diffraction test

摘要 综述了电子衍射分析所需要的一些单晶培养方法,包括界面扩散法、蒸汽扩散法、凝胶扩散法等;介绍了提高单晶培养成功率的技术;阐明了单晶培养过程中须高度关注的一系列问题。 Summarized some cultivation processes of single crystal including interface, steam and gelatin three of diffusion processes were used in X - ray diffraction test. Elaborated all sorts of ways enhances success ratio of cultivation of single crystal. Expounded a series of questions had to be paid highly attention in cultivation processes of single crystal.
