摘要
采用高效毛细管电泳-电化学检测法测定了氯霉素针剂和氯霉素片中的氯霉素的含量,研究了电极电位,运行缓冲溶液的浓度和酸度,电泳电压和进样时间的影响,以微铂电极为工作电极,检测电位为1,3V(vsAg/AgCl),在25mmol硼砂-100mmolH3BO3(pH值8.6)的缓冲溶液中,氯霉素的线性范围为0.5~1.2mg·mL^-1,检出限为0.17μg·mL^-1。用该法检测氯霉素针剂和氯霉素片,平均回收率为100.4%和99.9%,结果令人满意。
A detemination of chloramphenicol in medicinal preparations by capillary zone electrophoresis with electrochemical detection was reported. The effects of working electrode potential, concentration and pH of the running buffer, sepemtion voltage and injection time on the determination were investigated. A Pt electrode was used as the working electrode at potential of + 1.3V(vsAg/AgCl).Chloramphenicol could be well detected in a 25mmol borax- 100mmol H3BO3 at pH 8.6.There is excellent linearity beteen peak current and analyte concentration in the range of 0.5 1.2mg·mL^-1 for chloramphenicol with the detection limits( S/N = 3) of 0.17μg· mL^-1. Recoveries of 100.4% and 99.9% were obtained.
