摘要
根据微波的波谱特性,提出了一种新的污秽检测方法,该方法能够确定污秽物的性质和污秽量。研究表明,物质的微波辐射特性可以有效地用于检测污秽物的性质和污秽物的等级,从而快速检测电气设备污秽状况。实测结果表明通过复介电常数的测量可以实现对污秽物等级的区分。文中给出了所提方法的具体实验过程及实验结果。
In this paper, we present a new method to detect pollution on the electronic devices based on the property of complex dielectric constant. It is prospective and effective to determine the quantity and quality of the filthy classifications. The research show that the microwave charactoristic of the material can be used for detecting pollution on the electricity equipments. We have made many experiments to measure complex dielectric constant in different quantity of salt. The detailed processes of the method and results are given.
