摘要
本文通过对某省5所三级医院04年终末病案的抽样查看、病案质量管理、医护人员调查,了解管理措施对病案质量的影响,以探求更有效的管理途径,为医院提高病案质量提供理论借鉴。
Through the management of the quality of the medical record, surveying the doctors and the nurses and sampling the last medical records of the 2004 years of the five hospitals in rank third class in some province, knowing the effect of management measures to the quality of the medical record, to find better ways and improve the quality of the medical record.
