摘要
在比较国内外磁化方法的基础上,着重阐述了双回路全交流磁化方法的结构特点和优越性。用该法一次复合磁化可检出局部凸形等复杂形状的零件上各处纵横向缺陷。
Characteristics and advantages of double loop and full AC magnetization method are described by comparing magnetization methods home and abroad. Longitudinal and transverse defects in the parts with complex geometries such as convex can be easily detected out by one time compound magnetization.
