摘要
经济发展的不平衡和技术构成的多层次性都决定了我国实现工业化和现代化的真正难点不在城市和东部经济发达地区,而在农村和西部经济落后地区。地处西部的重庆作为老工业基地,已经处于“经济起飞”阶段,能否坚持用科学的发展观指导重庆市的新型工业化道路。
The imbalance of economic development and the multi-tiered nature of technological composition decide that the real difficulty in realizing industrialization and modernization in China does not lie the urban areas and east region of the country, but in the rural areas and the Western China, Chongqing, which is an old industrial base in the Western China, is going through the stage of ＂economic take-off＂. In order to bring its territorial advantage into full play, Chongqing has to take the road of a new-type industrialization.
