摘要
本文以南京市固体废弃物循环利用规划为例,把建设循环型社会系统作为目标,从现状分析入手,确立了南京市固体废弃物循环利用规划的阶段目标,提出了固体废弃物循环利用的重点任务和对策,并给出了规划实施的重点工程。
Taking Nanjing＇s solid wasted planning as example, this paper begins with analyzing the structure of the solid wasted circular utilization, trying to clarify the background, aim, countermeasure, and a series of key project in the solid wasted circular utilization, then analyzes the characteristic of the planning, including the strongpoint and disadvantage.
