摘要
本文分析和讨论了在循环经济建设过程中,作为社会经济的一个重要组成部分的社区,它是否应该承担一定的责任,它应该承担哪些责任以及它应该如何承担这些责任的问题。进一步提出在循环经济建设过程中积极发挥社区的力量,使循环经济得到更好的发展。
This paper has analyzed the community as an important component of social economy in the course of circular economy construction. It also has discussed whether it should be responsible for circular economy construction, what responsibility it should bear and how to bear the responsibilities. This will be helpful for the construction of circular economy.
