摘要
分析了传统陶瓷型精密铸造工艺中存在的问题，提出了用超声波搅拌配制硅酸乙酯无酒精水解液工艺，并简要叙述了超声波搅拌的作用机理。试验证明，用超声波搅拌实现无酒精水解工艺是可行的，新的陶瓷型工艺可望在实际生产中得到应用。
Through analysing the shortcoming of readitional ceramic mold casting process,a new ceramic casting technique using supersonic wave to stir the alcoholless ethyl silicate hydrolysate was developed.
