摘要
研制了一台喷射熔剂装置。试验结果表明:该装置能实现铸造铝合金的熔体处理。运用该装置对A357合金进行精炼、变质后,合金的抗拉强度和延伸率分别提高19%和118%。同传统方法相比。
A flux injection equipment has been developed. The experimental results show that this wquipment can realiza the melt treatment of Al alloy.Haring purificated and modificated to by this equipment,the ultimate strength and elongation of A357 alloy increase by 19% and 118% respectively.By comparison with the conventional method,the flux injection process is superior in the efficiency of melt treatment.
