摘要
采用正交试验法研究了原砂粒度、树脂添加量、乌洛托品量及制样温度对壳型覆膜砂急热膨胀率的影响,所得回归方程高度显著。结果表明,采用细砂可明显降低急热膨胀率,而增加树脂量时,一方面降低石英相变温度所对应的膨胀。
Effect of some main factors such as AFS GFN, resin and hexamine content as well as specimen forming temperature on the shock expansion rate of precoated sand was investigated with the orthogonal experiment. The regression equation obtained is highly outsfanding. The results show that the expansion rate descend when the finer sand is used. However, increasing the resin content may decrease the expansion rate at quartz phase transmitting point but increase the final expansion rate.
