摘要
通过试验研究了非晶态Ni72-xSi15B13+x(X=0,2,4,6,8)合金脆化温度与B原子浓度的关系。根据双层结构单元模型和结构缺陷形成机制,分析了该合金的晶化过程,并对其试验结果进行了初步的解释。
The relationship between brittle temperature Tb and B content in amorphous Ni72-xSi15B13+x (x=0,2,4,6,8)alloys was measured.According to the description on crystallization process on the basis of the model of double-layer structure units and the forming mechanism of structure defects, a resonable explanation has been given.
