摘要
本文采用扫描电镜、透射电镜观察了Zn—27wt％Al合金的铸态组织及其120℃的时效组织,测定了120℃时效过程中硬度随时效时间变化的关系曲线,分析了性能变化与组织转变之间的关系。
The properties stability of the Zn-27wt% Al alloy has been studied. The cast structure and the ageing structure have been observed with SEM and TEM. The relationship curve between hardness and ageing time has been determined. In addition, the mechanism made properties change has been analysed in this paper.
