摘要
通过正交设计试验并依据日本标准JIS H 5202中的AC7A—F及GB1173—74中的ZL302合金的成分研制而成的SFZL—1合金,属Al—Mg系铸造合金,由于Ti、B元素的联合加入,使晶粒得到细化,从而体现出较好的力学性能。与我国现行国标中的同类合金相比,具有较好的耐蚀性。 通过在高级旅游车上的应用,表明该合金除良好的耐蚀性和力学性能外,还具有理想的工艺性、经济性及装饰性。
SFZL-1 alloy, which is developed by making orthogonal design experiments and referring to the composition of AC7A-F in Japan criterion JIS H 5202 and the composition of ZL302 in GB 1173-74, is a kind of Al-Mg casting alloy. Because of adding the additional elements of Ti and B simultaneously, the grains are made much finer, so that the synthetic properties of this alloy are advanced. Comparing with the same alloy in the criterion of our country, SFZL-1 alloy has a better corrosion resistance.By applying it to make the parts for the advanced travelling buses, it is indicated that this alloy has a desired processability, economicability and ornamentability, besides its better corrosion resistance and mechanical properties.
