摘要
本文简要地介绍了聚合物基体复合材料成型工艺的计算机模型化技术,同时以美国976环氧树脂为例说明了建立一个模型的一般方法和步骤。本文提供的模型对正确选取976环氧树脂和它的复合材料的固化参数有实际参考价值。
The aim of this paper is to give a general description on computer simulating in the manufacturing of polymeric matrix composites. A sample showing the procedures of building a curing model for 976 epoxy resin used as the matrix of carbon fiber composites is presented. This model is useful and helpful in selecting the cure parameters for both 976 epoxy resin and its composites.
