摘要
对１６８例少儿与等量青年精神分裂症病例（均符合ＣＣＭＤ－２精神分裂症诊断标准）的常见症状进行了比较研究。少儿组出现症状５６项，青年组出现症状６８项。少儿组的症状与青年组比较，其中１７项症状频度有极显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１）。据此对儿童精神分裂症的症状特点进行了讨论。
The comon symptoms in 168 schizophrenic patients. with early-onset of illness after age 4 to 14 years old were compared with the ones in 168 schizophrenic patients with early-onset of illness after age 20 to 24 old. All patients met CCMD-2 criteria for schizophrenia. Among these patients, 56 symptons were shown in childhood groups and 68 symptoms were shown in young groups. There were significant differences in the 17 symptoms between the childhood groups and young groups ( P <0 01)。The symptomatic characteristics of psychosis in childhood were discussed.
