摘要
苏北振兴的重点和难点在农村。目前,苏北农村经济在发展过程中面临着资金缺乏、劳动力转移缓慢、农业效益不高、劳动力素质较低等突出问题。为加快苏北农村经济发展,应采取以下对策:加快招商引资和发展民营经济,加快农村工业化、城市化进程,加快农业结构调整和发展产业化经营,加快农业科技进步和发展农村教育,加强区域合作等。
The rural area is the essential point of promoting the revitalization of Northern Jiangsu Province. The main problems on developing the rural economy of Northern Jiangsu Province are lack of funds, slow transformation of labor, inefficient agriculture and incapable labor. This paper puts forward the measures, i.e. , attracting investment from outside and developing private capital economy, accelerating the process of industrialization and urbanization in rural area, adjusting agricultural structure and developing agricultural industrialization, accelerating the progress of agricultural science and technology and developing rural education, strengthening supports and regional cooperation, and so on.
