摘要
“教育大计,教师为本”。新时期必须加强中小学教师职业道德建设,提高自身的素质,塑造完美的道德人格。教师的道德人格与一般道德人格不同,首先,体现了人格与师格的统一。其次,较高的格位水平。教师道德人格素质的魅力表现为以道德人格感化人格,以道德人格感化学生。教师道德人格素质的塑造途径是教师的社会实践活动。
"Teachers are foundation in our education." We must improve teacher's profession moral and quality, and we must model perfect moral personality of teacher. There are great differences between teacher's moral personality and general moral character. Firstly, It's unified that teacher's personality and character; Secondly, thew is better character level. Charm of teacher's personality is showed up in their students. The way that teacher's moral personal quality be modeled is teachers' social practice activity.
